I did 5 total rounds of interviews in 2 weeks. The only difficult part of the interview was the take home assignment, which had a tricky angle to it. Besides that, the other interviews were all 30 minutes each with different members of the team (although I wished the one with the hiring manager was longer). Overall, everyone was warm, welcoming, and friendly. The recruiter was very responsive and did a great job with the communication.

The process consists of top many stages. At least 2 can be removed. Live task that does not make sense, the way it is initially explained is fine, but in reality it is very poorly prepared. Recruiters are good.

The process is very long with no real reaso. I engaged in discussions with various key stakeholders during the interview process, including Human Resources, two Project Managers, the Head of Project Management, the Head of Product Ownership, and the CEO. Additionally, I dedicated several hours to completing a home task as part of the evaluation.
Questions were repetitive and following this extensive process, I received a response indicating they chose another candidate, which is understandable. However, the lack of feedback or reasons for not being selected is disappointing. It seems reasonable to expect that after investing time in conversations with six different individuals, including the CEO, some constructive feedback would be provided to understand the decision-making process.
