The QA that tests the project evaluates in its own way, makes wrong assumptions, and expects us to solve everything using ORM. The test has no correct scope definitions and you have to guess what they're expecting. I don't recommend this company to everyone.

The interview process felt highly unprofessional and disengaged. The recruiter joined the meeting late for a morning interview and immediately mentioned being tired and exhausted before turning off the camera. The entire interview lasted around 8 minutes despite a scheduled 30-minute slot, including the time I spent asking my own questions. There was very little effort to understand my background or technical experience, and the interaction felt more like a checkbox exercise than a genuine evaluation process. The interviewer appeared uninterested throughout the conversation, which created the impression that the interview was being conducted only for process formalities rather than active hiring. As a candidate, I invest time preparing, researching the company, and attending interviews professionally. It’s reasonable to expect the same level of respect and engagement from the hiring side.
