Stage 1 (HR screening): The recruiter covered the company, the position, my background and my goals. He focused heavily on relational databases and emphasized the company’s rapid growth—then asked if I’d be willing to work overtime when needed. Next step: They sent me a take‑home assessment on handling database concurrency. Also handed me a guide for the proccess which was labeled as a Back-end role.
