I received a call from HR, who was sweet and understanding. She clearly explained the interview process and scheduled the interview. Then, a horrible sequence began: The interviewer (her name was Kranti) did not know C# or any programming language. I solved the program and showed the output, but she failed to understand it. She insisted that I print the output array in a specific format, like [value1, value2, ...] with commas, and she was literally shouting at me. This reflects the lack of competence among some employees there. After I completed the first coding assignment, she provided a second problem, which even she did not understand and failed to explain properly. I had to figure it out on my own and still managed to solve it. I answered all of her questions, but it was clear that she had no intention of hiring me from the start. From the very beginning, she was rude, impolite, and didn’t even bother to introduce herself. She kept staring awkwardly throughout the interview. I would strongly suggest not wasting your time interviewing with this company.
