I have been told from others the assessment day can vary so it may differ. The interview involved a short 10 minute presentation in front of three higher level staff. its purely luck whether you get someone who is more management and less technical or a highly experience engineer but there will be at least one. after that the interview was a straight forward deal with common interview questions.
