Online apitude test (mathematical only), Recorded video inteview (answering pre-recorded questions), followed by a Phone Interview, followed by in person interview at their Kent base split into technichal and behavioural sections

This was for a position in Fort Halstead. in the morning myself and the other hopeful's went through a meeting discussing the company, the helios move and so forth. pretty straight forward. there are a couple of activities just to test on how you work together with others such as a quiz. the amount of correct answers isnt important so take it lightly. I have been told from others the assessment day can vary so it may differ. The interview involved a short 10 minute presentation in front of three higher level staff. its purely luck whether you get someone who is more management and less technical or a highly experience engineer but there will be at least one. after that the interview was a straight forward deal with common interview questions.
