The interview process was nice and straightforward. I had to complete the interview partly in the language of the role and partly in English. At the beginning, I introduced myself, and the other person also introduced themselves. After that, I answered several questions. After a while, the interview came to an end.

Le processus de recrutement laisse sérieusement à désirer et reflète un manque flagrant de considération pour les candidats. L'absence totale de retour après plus d'un mois après avoir fini l'intégralité du processus de recrutement et après de multiples relances auprès du RH et des opérationnels, est tout simplement inexcusable.
Cette attitude témoigne d’un profond manque de respect envers les candidats, qui investissent du temps et de l’énergie dans leur démarche. Un tel manque de communication et de professionnalisme est non seulement décourageant, mais renvoie également une image négative de l'entreprise. Je déconseille fortement Deliveroo France pour ces raisons évidentes.
