Very unimpressed.
Had a telephone interview where the interviewer seemed completely uninterested, talking up the company and asked questions to which he didn't seem to care what the answers were. Then had a skype interview organised, had taken a morning off work for this only to get an email 5 minutes before it was meant to start saying that it would have to be postponed. They were to get in contact regarding rearranging this later that day, but 2 months down the line and a couple of chasing emails later there has still been no response.
Overall, a very unsatisfactory and unprofessional process.

Sit down with two members of the team. Combination of quick-fire competency questions and general chat about experience. Felt at time like they were trying to catch you out with sneaky questions, rather than a frank honest discussion
