The interviewee was 15 minutes late and when he finally arrived, it looked as if he was standing outside for the video call. Extremely unprofessional. The job description was nothing like what the job actually entailed and hence making us both look like idiots and wasting both our time. I would've cut the interview from the second question after realising this was not what I had applied for but out of curtiousy, I continued. Needless to say, it was cut fairly short. What a waste of time and energy. Advice: Read the job description and ensure you question this ahead of your call/interview to make sure its actually the job you've applied for! Very unprofessional.
