An HR scheduled an phone interview session with me, but she didn't show up during the interview session and didn't explain anything for being absent. Worst HR I've ever seen.

Overall experience is enjoyable and has a positive vibe. Recruiter is very helpful throughout the process, and it is also clear and professional. Candidates know from the start the stages and details about interviews and the scope of work that they potentially will involve in. It helps the candidates to manage their expectation and get to know more about the company as they progress through the interview process.
