The interview process started with the person with the Recruiter title approaching to me via email, not being attentive to the CV and role requirements, while first proposing more Junior role, not actually matching my skills. After a few days the person actually realized the mistake and proposed another, fitting role. Also insisted on second useless call to prepare for the technical interview. The second phase was 1:1 technical interview in the office. The interviewer doesn't seem to be interested in finding his new colleague, instead it was feeling like, "oh that's just another XYZ candidate for this position so I have to interview him" Asked quite plane boring questions, also with some element of function-writing whiteboarding. Some questions were quite obvious and plane. After some time, I realized that the interview is not really interested in hiring me, because he said he doesn't have more questions, however it was at least 10 minutes left from 1 hour. So I knew the interview result already :) Overall company inside looks a bit chaotic, I was not impressed with the office and with the challenges they actually have (at least from what it was described).
