Applied online -> HR hangout call 15 min -> online code challenge (1hour) -> call interview with a whiteboard challenge (1 hour) -> Programming task (4 days) it must be followed by interview and white boarding but didn't get to this stage.

It has 5 different stages. They waste 45 days of my life for these interviews. After passing all the stages they told me they want to withdraw the job as we don't need it any more. The HR has no idea what they are doing and waste people's time as the job were in Linkedin for 3 month and god knows how many different people they interviewed.
