A bad and loose copy of Amazon's recruitment. Very corporate but seniors are not very experienced and it shows. The recruiters are absolute nightmare to deal with and they don't value candidates time. They routinely ghost you at any stage. Then a month later a different will contact you again for another role... very amateur and rude approach - it reflects how this company operates.

Applied online and had an initial call with the recruiter, explained the next steps, as she felt that my skills matched their requirements. I received no further communication, even after following up. I was just ghosted after the initial call.
