De sollicitatieprocedure bij Deloitte verliep gestructureerd en professioneel. Eerst had ik een telefonisch kennismakingsgesprek waarin mijn motivatie en achtergrond werden besproken. Daarna volgde een gesprek met HR over mijn ervaring en cultuurfit. Vervolgens kreeg ik een on-site business case, waarbij ik mijn analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden moest tonen. Tot slot volgt er een gesprek met de klant.

De belangrijkste vraag ging over mijn motivatie om bij Deloitte te werken en wat mij onderscheidt van andere kandidaten. Ze vroegen ook waarom ik specifiek voor die afdeling had gekozen en hoe dat aansluit bij mijn carrièreambities.

The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back

3 rounds were held ,the first round was focused towards what was there in the resume, mostly from the current role and then there were few random guesstimates
Round 2 and round 3 were case studies mostly
