The selection process for Deloitte was very good. But not selected...
Total 53 students were selected for after test which was like any amcat or banking test.
Out of 53 they had created group of 9 people and total 6 group were made...
I and one more were from MTech
It started with a group discussion
1. We were given a case of a industry doing very poor their and we were asked to discuss on measures to take company out of it.
... They asked to discuss it for 20min and draw a presentation on a chart in the same time of complete scenario.
... Then he left and other member came inside and to him were were asked to present the presentation made.
Result: 19 got selected out of 53.
We both were selected for next round.
2. Interview was totally HR based, single panel was present and he asked very comman question...
Result: 12 got selected out of 19
... Our names were not their in that list...

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
