First round interview was a submission of an online video. The system was clunky and at one point stopped me from progressing through the process - I signed out and then back in which seemed to resolve the issue.
Found the process very impersonal and short, with no feedback given.
Hasn't left me with a good impression of the organisation.
Si divide come segue:
-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.
-successivamente vi è la proposta economica
self intro and questions about your CV, mainly focused on the scenario based questions like how you manage your time and work, what you will do when you have a difficult task that you can't finish by yourself.

The interview process was normal, they asked general questions, all you have to do is be confident and answer everything you know with confidence, brush up your basics and you'll do good it was overall good
