I was pursuing my M.Com 1st Year when I got this Opportunity through Naukri
The first 3 rounds were conducted on 1 day wherein the first round was Jam session conducted in A to D Block in Cyber Gateway. With around 150 people in my batch, the Hr present there gave 5 minutes to choose on any random topic and speak for a minute.
I chose to speak on The power of Book reading as I knew the impact it had in my improvement of English, Vocabulary and Grammar. The point checked over here was fluency, need not be completely perfect but choose medium to long sentences on any own topic and be free to express your views in constructive manner.
2nd Round was Belit listening & reading. In this test conducted by Pearson Software, a total of 32 Questions divided into 2 parts namely Listening & Reading of 15 minutes each were to be answered.
A brief on how to answer type of Questions will be provided before each section of Listening & Reading. After finishing 30 Questions, score will be reflected in each Listening & Reading sections. An overall score of Level 7 is required to clear the Test.
A telephonic round follows wherein a paper of 5 Sections is given. We need to Dial in the test number and answer the computer asked questions. It mainly consists of reading the sentences in paper, answering short jumbled sentences like "Blue/was/The Sky", next is answering Questions in 1 word for questions like "which is big Mountain or Rock?" followed by an opinion question like "where do you like reading, in silent place or in somewhat noisy place & why?" followed by some personal questions which is optional.
The final Round of Panel/HR was conducted in F Block in Mindspace where the Round took for around half an hour, came early to avoid getting nervous on waiting.
Questions were like tell me about yourself, Resume details & confirmation, why Big 4, basic questions on Accounting knowledge like depreciation, purchases entries. 2 Persons, 1 Senior Manager & another process Head in which I was to work in, took the Interview.
