Online application followed by HireVue and then skype interview.
HireVue was very normal and expected questions (why are you interested, what is your relevant experience, etc.)
I was interviewing for the SHINE program. I interviewed via Skype with the program director about a month after they requested the HireVue interview. So weird. It was very clear she hadn't read my resume. She asked me about 2 questions and then just sat there. I don't know if they were trying to see what you do if you are stressed or what. I asked questions and got very short and non revealing answers. It was a completely bizarre and a very unfair experience in my opinion.

You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
