3 levels of interview where questions on career experience were focused on. Not very technical and the final partner interview focused on softer consulting skills. Not given a lot of insight on the team hierarchy

tech design discussion + work done in projects in previous companies (in detail) + partner round to check attitude and general fitment + round with human resource for designation and salary discussion

3 x interviews with Director and 3 x Partners. Fast to move to next interview, no visibility on clients or types of engagements they had in mind.
Delay to get offer, contract for Independent Contractor, zero hr contract.

Types of consulting I had done previously, describe projects and outcomes etc
The process involved three panel interviews and invited to a half day strategy session with prospective team. It took a while to receive feedback at each key stage before confirmation of progression to the next stage.
