The employees of this company are so arrogant that they think that they own this company.
Hr called me and scheduled the interview and at the time of interview he said that interview person is not available. He rescheduled the interview. Second time when I joined the interview I joined before time and I just said wait for 2 mins let me check and correct my Internet issues he arrogantly said we don’t have time for you.
After that I have given interview , later on when I checked interviewer profile he was having half the experience as me and he is taking my interview for senior manager profile. When I asked him what will be my job profile and location if I get selected he said he don’t know anything .
Why such companies with such arrogant employees are allowed to do business and open offices tin India ??? Why don’t they follow standards which they follow in other countries ???
interview scheduling process was very smooth , Interview was very focused on what they are looking and very to the point.
