hiring was through campus placements. the inteview was basic with emphasis on leadership skills and questions on coding. analytical and grammar based questions in the written round followed by a case study for a group. then the final interview.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
