- Selection was in the course of 2 days
- The first round of selection was through an aptitude test on Day 1; followed by a group presentation of a case, and an interview - both on Day 2
- Only standard personality-gauging questions were asked
- None were IT-related
- One of the interviewers was cordial, the other severe (good cop, bad cop?)
- Got the selection result in less than an hour

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
