3 interview: the first was fit, the second was a case study, the third was again fit with partner, fairly straightforward. It lasted around 2 months and everything was planned carefully and explained correctly.

The process involved three panel interviews and invited to a half day strategy session with prospective team. It took a while to receive feedback at each key stage before confirmation of progression to the next stage.
