There is aptitude test held in the college which consists of verbal, logic and quants section. People selected have a group discussion round, which is divided into two parts. In the first part, a topic is given for discussion, where you will have to draw some form of graph or chart at the end of the discussion. Second part is presenting the same topic to a different panel and you use the chart created in first part as a summary.
After GD, there is an HR interview round. Most questions are resume based.
You get result of the interview in a week or two.
They mostly test your communication skills.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
