There are 3 rounds of interview, Behavioural 1 hour, Case 1 hour and Partner interview 1 hour. The interview with the company is not positive at all. The first two rounds, behavourial and case are very easy, aced no problem. Case is very simple calculation, need some basic math skills but make sure remember the case structure and follow the SDLC guidelines. Have a clear point of questions, evaluate your alternative and come to a solution - present your conclusion positively. However, the last interview with partners is not positive at all. I get a strong feeling that my value and answer is not been appreciated. I was not been respected at all, and the interview ended after 3 questions been asked after 20 minutes. I tried to follow up for 3 times after the interview and keep been rescheduled, all I want to know is why and how can I improve. The partner interview showed the company culture and attitude to non-native English speaker ( I find this out later when speak to others, and I lived in Canada over 15 yrs, but still have slight accent.)
