Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Deloitte (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di mar 2025
Colloquio
An internal recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and was eager to have a chat asap really. So we scheduled something for the following day, told me about the role and asked if I could submit an application within the next day or so. Which I did. Heard back in about 2 days requesting an in person interview in 4 days time.
Was interviewed by a manager for an hour and then again by a partner (Contingent on passing the first interview) for about 30 mins. It was actually also supposed to be an hour but the partner interview seemed a little more informal and more like a work chat. Heard back in 2 days. Really quick process overall! The recruiters were quite responsive throughout and they send you prep materials explaining their interview style, tips etc. STAR approach of course

Colloquio
The process was very structured, beginning with managers, before progressing to a final interview with the partner. The first stages were more analytical, with the final interview being less formal, where it appeared the partner was seeking to finalise the recruitment process.

Domanda 1
They asked a technical question about the software I was an expert in. It was simple enough to rule out anyone without experience, but not stump someone with intermediate knowledge.
