Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We definitely are working to be industry disruptors which means we do things a little differently.
Our instructions in the challenge workshop step in our process are intentionally vague to see how candidates respond to this situation. Often, client's instructions are vague and require the Creative Director to read between the lines to find the real problem the clients are working to solve.
The CEO is very involved in the company and his passion is rocket fuel for the business. He's an active participant in the hiring process, including workshops and interviews.
We're a feedback culture and want to hear about both positive and negative experiences so we can continue to improve as we grow and scale, and we never attempt to purchase, modify, or fabricate reviews.
