Internal Interview focused on history and why suitable for the role at db. what was your previous experience what are your skills, weakness, where do you see yourself in 5 years ect

Four separate interviews - with one in-person at the office, - 3 Scenario based interviews with different team members, (1 hr each) - 1 Culture based interview on-site.(1hr) Questions were not too difficult as I have multiple years' experience performing a similar role. Interviewers were quite nice and didn't have any issues explaining any follow up queries for some of the scenarios presented. However the process was quite long (around 4 months to offer) with sometimes weeks in between communication to move onto the next stage.
