First interview with Agency, they put me forward for the contract. CV Intially reject for being too technical. However they changed there mind and arranged a phone interview. Phone interview was very technical and asked well thought out questions. You need to be on top of you area and the skills, make sure you have also reviewed the DB website. Second interview was in person, some of the questions where the same as the previous and it was clear they had a check list of questions.
