Application Form and then selected candidates will get Situational Judgement Test (base on values and cultural fit). Following on from SJT, if successful there is a telephone interview with HR with the usual questions: Why DB and the role? Why you should be hired? Final stage is assessment centre: back to back interview with MDs and VPs, 30 mins each but could be longer.

Relatively smooth and short process, started off with the initial 1-2 rounds of behavioural and technical assessments, hirevue and last round was 3 back-to-back in-person interviews with the team. In person interview lasted for a total of 1.5hrs, with a mix of behavioural, personality and technical questions about global markets and trading
