Interview process consisted of phone interviews, webex (like skype) meetings, onsite interviews. Went through an internal recruiter (phone), then with an onsite manager (onsite interview), then two other phone interviews with the off site manager and with other team members. They do have a very extensive background check, since it is for a bank. Be prepared to list full 10 years work history, education history, and address history. Credit check and background checks are completed through a company that verifies all the information you give to the bank. The bank takes a very long time to approve and onboard new employees. Be prepared to wait over a month for an answer. Be prepared to wait over a month to start.

Got a phone call from the UK and then an invitation to a face-to-face interview.The interview went smooth, I was nervous but they made me feel comfortable. I got a feedback the day after. The background screen lasted forever. On the first day they told me I would get a different job from the one I have applied for.
