First you are contacted by HR to have a general discussing, second you have the technical interview with the persons you will work on the projects and if the interview is satisfactory the HR will call again to discuss the offer.

There are total 3 rounds of interview - Initial screening, Technical round and final HR. After clearing 1st round, the 2nd round was taken by the Project manager who himself had no idea about what exactly he was looking in the candidate. I answered 90% of the questions and later received feedback that I didn’t clear the round as I was not technically sound and my skills are not matching the role. Totally absurd! I will refrain from appearing in interviews from DB as they are wasting candidates time. FO
