Invited to interview on campus the day after the university career fair where I talked with staffing woman at their stand. The interview consisted of two upper-level employees from local branch. Most of the questions seemed to be based on your personality.

University job office provided the contact to a job agency. The agency made some personality and background questions: Strenghts, Weaknesses, even Family questions were asked, language skills were proven (Spanish and German). In a second interview I had to talk to the head of the department. Pretty easy, because they actually wanted to find out about you as a person, he didn't ask anything about skills.
