The interview process was not easy - a string of interviews with senior people in IB, all of whom asked finance-heavy questions and did not appear to take into account the fact that I was from a non-finance background.

First round is a phone call interview. The experience was quite nice. Half of the questions were fit followed by technical questions. The difficulty was reasonable.
After that you get a straight invitation for the AC, there are 3 individual interviews followed by a group assignment.

Held on campus and had two interviewers. 30 minutes long. Asked me about my resume, past experience, typical why DB and who do you know questions. Only asked 3 technical questions that were pretty straightforward. Very nice interviewers.
