      Colloquio

This was my second interview experience with Deutsche Bank in two years and I don't think I'll try for a third. My first experience two years ago was for an AVP developer role. The recruiter screening went fine and a week later I was scheduled for a call with the hiring manager. They were condescending and spent the bulk of the call asking silly brain teaser questions. During one such question they laughed at me as they told me I got the answer wrong. When I asked them for the correct answer and they told me, I realized that they had actually made a mistake and my own answer was the correct one. I pointed it out and they became obviously flustered, quickly transitioned to my turn to ask questions, then ended the call. A few days later I got a rejection email which was fine by me. In my more recent experience I applied then heard back from a recruiter two weeks later wanting to do a screening. The call was normal except that the recruiter told me the job required at least three days in the office even though the posting clearly said two days. When I asked about it they dismissed it as a typo and said they would fix it. A few days later I was asked to meet with the hiring manager. In the time between my screening call and manager call I saw the position get relisted but the supposed mistake about time in office wasn't fixed. For the hiring manager call the conversation was decent and they clearly knew their stuff. Like the screening call though I noticed more discrepancies between what was expected and what was listed in the role. The position was described as being fullstack but really it was entirely backend development. When I pointed it out they seemed surprised and said they would ask recruitment about it. After this call I waited nearly a week and a half before recruitment messaged me late on Friday afternoon wanting to schedule an in-person third round that would take several hours. Since I didn't have the calendar for my current job in front of me and Deutsche Bank had already taken so long to contact me, I figured I would wait until I was back in the office Monday and respond. On Monday morning though I already had another email asking me to send my availability right away. I also noticed the job had been relisted yet again without any of the numerous incorrect details being fixed. When I messaged the recruiter back asking if they could clarify these details for me they became rude and pressured me to send my availability right away so they could get me scheduled. Between the lies in the job posting, them making me wait over a week for updates yet giving me less than one business day to respond, and the unprofessional response they gave when I pointed out the details that weren't adding up, I decided to withdraw.

      Domanda 1

Are you comfortable coming in three days a week to the office, even though the job posting clearly says two days?
