An amazing experience I must say. Very impressed on how HR has conducted the process. Very approachable, constant feedback, and although I did not get the job, because the team thought I had a good fit with the company, they kept me on the loop for other positions, constantly helped me build relationship with key stakeholders. I have never seen an HR that well organised and I must say all the interviewers were quite consistent on interview style and also behaviour style. Absolutely amazing experience!

Colloquio
The process took over 6 months and I meet irrelevant managers across the board (people who would never interact with the role and they made it clear in my interview). Their HR staff was unresponsive and I had to continually follow up. One interview even canceled after I was already at their office. I was very transparent with HR half way through (three month mark) that I was looking for a specific salary band that she made clear she was able to offer. They gave me two low-ball offers and then I turned them down.

The interview process was only one round, and was very straight forward and efficient. The questions asked and case presented were highly relevant to the job role. Good communication from HR throughout the entire process.

Colloquio
I had two calls with the recruiter. Both were very pleasant conversations about the open role and other opportunities at the company. The second interview lasted 30 minutes and then the recruiter went radio silent afterwords. Never heard back.
