The test consist of written, excel and 2 PI's.
There is shortlisting after every step.some people i met had an experience of 7 day interview process.
Overall the look at your language and excel skills i couldn't make it through because i didn't had experience.

They will focus on your skill set. Understand your subject and reply accordingly. Just tell them whatever you know and be confident when you speak. Nd tell them whatever you have done earlier. focus on your skill set.
