One of my friends referred my cv to the hr and i got a call. They took a telephonic interview which was pretty basic. I was out of town that time and couldnt come down to their office so they arranged for a skype interview. The interviewer was really unprofessional, due to some connectivity issue she would just get irritated and swear which was quite audible. After 15-20 mins they said we'll schedule it to some other time due to the technical issue. Next day i get a email saying that this role doesnt fit for my skill sets. I told the hr that they hardly took the interview but never got a mail back. Two of my friends gave the same interview after me but they faced the same problem. One of my friends cleared the telephonic and PI round. He had one more round with the VP, when he reached their office they said sorry you didnt clear the PI round. Really unprofessional.

there was an hr interview wherein they asked why you wanna join, how u consider urself suitable,here they eliminated majority of the people(only 4 slected of 25)-main criteria was fluency in English. followed by aptitude test in turn followed by 2 personal interviews(i 1:1 interview ,1 panel interview) followed finally by an interview with the CEO

They have a very long drawn out process. Had 4 rounds of video conferencing interviews over two months and then they invited me to their Mumbai office for a day of in-person interviews. Again five rounds of interviews with mix of BD, tech and behvioral questions at the venue. the questions are very repetitive from one round to the next so if you get through one of the rounds, just polish your answers and cover all fronts of that topic. They are looking for positive energy and non-manipulative kind of attitude - so prepare the tone accordingly.
