Comprehensive questions about experience. Situational questions. Completed online psycho metric testing prior to interview. There were 2 interviewers at manager or associate director level, not necessarily who I would be reporting to.
Fairly standard process of CV Screening then psychometric testing then a one-on-one interview. The staff who did the interview were very friendly and it was more of a casual conversation opposed to technical questions.
