This was a 9 month contract position with potential for conversion or extension. From the initial interview with the hiring manager until final notification that they would not be moving forward was 2 months and 4 days. There was only one 45 minute interview with the hiring manager followed by a take home project (marketing plan). The final round of interviews was a 3 person panel of individual 30 minute interviews. There were long gaps (over a week) of no communication to myself or the recruiter from the agency.
