      The phone interviews were great and I really enjoyed speaking with the recruiters over the phone. When it came to the actual in- person interview, it was a whole other story. Sure, while the interview occurred in the late afternoon on Friday, I still do not believe in a late and underprepared interviewer. It was downright unprofessional and I did my best to role with those punches.

      The interview process was positive overall. I did not progress beyond stage three, and unfortunately the company does not provide feedback, as it is against their policy. This approach is not particularly helpful, as it makes it difficult for candidates who are genuinely interested in the company to understand how they could improve and continue growing.
