The worst interview experience I've ever had. The recruiter was great but the interview was terrible. One of the interviewers who claimed he was an inside sales manager made me feel so uncomfortable. To be honest, it felt like he was racist and/or homophobic. Questioned my listed experience as if they were not truthful. Seemed very uncomfortable and made me uncomfortable. I felt as if he judged me before I even had an opportunity to say anything. It was a poor representation of the company and completely left me walking away with a whole new view of the organization. I hope that does not represent all the leadership within the organization and if so there's most likely a lawsuit waiting to happen. The other interviewers just seemed like they lacked experience and didnt know how to interview. I was looking forward to interviewing for this company as I like the CEO and what he stands for however I was disappointed with my personal experience.
