By far the worst recruiting experience that I've ever had, without question. The interview process went on for a month and a half and over that period I had conversations with 8 separate people and completed a 2 day analytics exercise - in all of those conversations, only one person asked true behavioral interview questions and was interested in my background and me as a person, all of the other interviews asked versions of essentially the same "case" questions. The analytics exercise was entirely open-ended and definitely took more than the suggested "3-4 hours" but the most disappointing thing was that after submitting it, you get no feedback at all and it never comes up in any of the subsequent interviews. Most of the interviewers were late and disengaged and the same goes for the recruiter - I had to follow up 2-3x after each stage to get an update and often a week or two went by in between communications and scheduled interviews. The recruiters communications were as brief as possible and she did little to prepare me on what to expect or provide any context beyond looping in a coordinator to actually schedule the next stage. At the end, got a roughly 30 second call saying they'd decided not to move forward with me with no explanation whatsoever. Big waste of time, left a horrible taste in my mouth for the company.

Had a phone screener with a recruiter who very clearly did not want to be there and just asked typical generic questions about my background, communication styles, etc. Was given a take home case study and short SQL exercise and given 48 hours to return it (which I spent most of my weekend on) only to receive an auto reject email two days later. I did not get to speak to the hiring manager or anyone on the team I applied for.
