I had six interviews and an extensive home assignment all within a couple weeks. All interviews were great with the exception of one who had a very difficult personality to connect with. When I communicated to the recruiter that another Company presented an offer to me, but that I preferred DoorDash I was told I was not moving forward in the process. After dedicating hours to the interview process, it would have been nice for more feedback other than “while they do feel you have a solid background, we unfortunately will not be moving forward in the process at this time”.
