recruiter was very nice; case study was extremely tough and time consuming. no feedback was given and was rejected despite spending the whole day working on it. Not sure what they're looking for but be prepared to spend a lot of time on it

Process takes longer than 8 weeks.
Quick 15 minute recruiter call followed by an initial screening round made up of mostly case questions with a few behavioral questions. Afterwards I had 2 behavioral rounds made up of Amazon style / STAR format questions and a take home case with a presentation. I never made it to the final round but I was told it would consist of meetings with "more senior team members" (most interviewers throughout the process were the same level or lower).
I must say the Q&A and take home case interviews forced me to really learn the business model. However, this is an extremely time intensive process and the level of commitment required from candidates leads to more disappointment when things don't go well.
Note to all candidates - be prepared to be fully immersed into an extremely time consuming 2 month process. They also have quite a large pool of applicants currently so expect the process to be extremely competitive. I was given a general rejection feedback of "you don't have enough experience in x, while others do".
On the plus side, recruiter was very candid about comp ranges.

First round is with the recruiter, then you are given a take home test which revolves around analyzing data. If you pass, you are then moved onto the next round with the hiring manager and senior manager. They don't provide feedback on interviews.

Recruiter reached out about a role I had applied to, said that she will push my profile to a different S&O role as this one was already quite ahead in the process for a few candidates. Sent a take home exercise and then ghosted me.
Another recruiter reached out after I applied to a different job through a referral, said that since I had done a take home recently, I won’t have to do it again and will talk to the team to use that as a proxy and then ghosted again.
