There interview process was long and different. All virtual. First a recruiter reaches out for a phone interview, then you have a 1hour and 30 min video interview with supervisors. One part of the interview they give you fake stats and ask to tell them who is slacking and who is the best, yet they don't give you any guidelines. Then you role play, what conversation youd have with the person you chose as needing to improve.
