Phone screen with the recruiter, where we went over the roles and responsibilities, as well as my past experience. After that, I interviewed with two separate members of the team. The last conversation I had was with the director who was able to hone in and adjust her questioning to the specific interview. She was able to determine that my skills and what I'm looking for aren't inline with what they are looking for in this role. Even though there was not a fit at this time she was respectful and honest, gave me interview feedback, and I left feeling like it was a positive experience. DoorDash is lucky to have a leader like her in the organization.
