Interview 1 - 20 min phone interview Interview 2 - Two 30 min. zoom interviews Interview 3 - Five 30 min. zoom interviews I was very excited about the opportunity and spent a lot of time and energy interviewing and compiling a mock proposal only to be sent a generic noreply email thanking me but telling me they are moving forward with other candidates. I think there should be more feedback for potential hires because they give hours of their time only to receive a very impersonal email. With regard to the interviewing process -- the interviews are back to back and you end up repeating yourself over and over again which gets exhausting because the questions are all the same.
