Had three rounds, received positive feedback throughout. In the third round, the interviews were scheduled for 45 minutes but interviewers were only prepared for 30 minutes, so things ended early in an awkward way. I could also tell that these interviewers were overwhelmed and distracted, as I could hear them get pings and see them look away to respond. Nonetheless I was looking forward to the next round. The recruiter asked for my availability, but then ghosted me. It’s been weeks since I’ve been heard back. Oh well.

Applied for role and was reached out by a recruiter for an interview. I took me a couple of weeks to hear back. Which is normal. Has a decent phone interview with the recruiter, at least I thought. He was a little dry and kind of cold but I expect that for valley companies. Received the rejection template email about a week later. I am not rating this experience as negative because I didn’t receive and offer. I am rating as negative because I would have expected some feedback or a phone call. I have been a recruiter in the past and I only sent rejection emails to those that I just reviewed their resumes and I passed. If I connected via phone or in person, I called them or sent a specific following email.
