After the initial phone screen (pretty standard), the recruiter sent me a take-home assignment to finish within 48 hours, and that in average took 4 hours according to her. It was a little more difficult than expected but nothing crazy. Just a spreadsheet to analyze and forecast the evolution of some cohorts. After that, they scheduled three interviews back to back and I presented my take-home assignment in the last one. All the interviewers were really nice and approachable.
